It’s always been hard for me to find an auto shop I can trust as a woman who knows literally nothing about cars. I would like to find a business that doesn’t try to lecture me or overcharge me for services. When I picked up my car I was greeted with a snide comment about my dirty air filters and a very high bill. I know times are hard for everyone right now but if you’re going to overcharge me, spare me the lecture at least. Overall, I was very disheartened by my experience.
