An example that just happened yesterday was their observation that the inspection was due, even though the vehicle was in for another reason. They took care of the inspection while the vehicle was being serviced so that I didn't have to make a future appointment to have it done. It was really appreciated and I feel fortunate that I have such a trusted place to take my vehicles!
